Returns
We will accept returns of un-opened items for up to 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened or products that have broken seals.
We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred by customer when sending items back to us.
IMPORTANT: All returns will require a return authorization code. To obtain your code, please email us the following information (Name, Order Date, Product Purchased) and we will email you a Return Authorization Code and details of where to send your return.
*** Items returned without authorization codes will be refused and a credit will not be issued.
*** We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise.
